Hi! I’m Nicole. I’m a yoga therapist (different from a yoga teacher), speaker, and author. I’m passionate about helping my clients live longer, happier lives. In my yoga therapy work, I specialize in the hardest cases with an emphasis on quality of life taking a broad spectrum approach in my work to include additional holistic healing remedies such as essential oils and chakra healing.
